“Got this brush for Christmas. Loved it the first two times I used it and the third time I went to use it, the brush stopped spinning unless I kept my finger on the button. It was a pain. Vanity planet promptly sent me a new one. The one did the same thing within the first week. It has also lost power and will barely spin when I place it gently against my skin. So disappointed. Really wanted to love this product. Loved how it made my skin feel.”

“I only used this twice!!! Sucks poor quality! Cheap doesn’t work! Don’t buy! Then stopped working all of a sudden, I changed the new batteries and STILL did not work! Waste of money!”

“I purchased the Spin For Perfect Skin brush system last year, and these replacement heads do not fit!! It's so sad, and now I am going through the hassle of trying to return it... I do not want to buy a new brush system so I guess I will be throwing my brush system away..”

“Initially I really liked the brush but after one month of use the battery cover started slipping off while I was using it in the shower and the batteries would fall out. Super annoying. I would put everything back together and just couldn’t get the battery cover to stay on long enough to properly use the brush. Such a waste of money”
