“I have now tried using this massager 3 times to no avail. The 1st time I used it while shampooing my hair, the bristles kept getting tangles so I figured my hair is too thick. I decided to try using it the following week while conditioning my hair, but the twistee motion kept causing it to pop open. I gave up and said I'd try another day. I did so 2 days ago and it worked great for about 1.5 minute, then it just kept going off and on, then suddenly just stopped. I got frustrated and just put it to the side and used my fingers instead. I went to take the battery oit and noticed a strong chemical smell. It had burned a little in the battery compartment, not sure how or why. This was only my 3rd attempt trying it. I really wish it had worked. I don't want to give up on ot. Im going to return it for an exchange. Maybe I was sent a defective one 😔”
