“I bought this item back in Jul '17 and it was great! I bought a bunch again in Feb'19 (because I loved the product and wanted to share with my family) but unfortunately, the quality isn't the same. The bristle kept on coming off while I was using it (unlike the one I bought in Jul'17) and water leaked due to poor design of the battery cover (and now I am unable to use it). Vanity Planet mentioned they would help me out, however, I haven't heard back from them since. Please proceed with caution when using this product. I believe that this is still a good product, I just hope VP will hear me out and help compensate for the loss.”

“I used it when I washed my hair (which wasn’t often because my routine for curly hair is only 3-4 times a week) and it died fast. Like about in the 3rd month of having it. Didn’t see a difference when using it.”
