“I have now tried using this massager 3 times to no avail. The 1st time I used it while shampooing my hair, the bristles kept getting tangles so I figured my hair is too thick. I decided to try using it the following week while conditioning my hair, but the twistee motion kept causing it to pop open. I gave up and said I'd try another day. I did so 2 days ago and it worked great for about 1.5 minute, then it just kept going off and on, then suddenly just stopped. I got frustrated and just put it to the side and used my fingers instead. I went to take the battery oit and noticed a strong chemical smell. It had burned a little in the battery compartment, not sure how or why. This was only my 3rd attempt trying it. I really wish it had worked. I don't want to give up on ot. Im going to return it for an exchange. Maybe I was sent a defective one 😔”

“I have pretty curly thicker hair, around 4, but i have been wearing it in protective styling literally all through quarantine and I was needing something for my scalp because it gets dry and it‚Äôs very sensitive and tender and I can say that this is perfect, it doesn‚Äôt tug or get tangled in my hair even when it‚Äôs almost matted, my scalp feels cleaner than ever, and my hair growth has definitely been much better with better hair growing out. 10/10 i definitely suggest it it‚Äôs more than worth it.”
