“I absolutely LOVE this scalp massager! Super high quality and very durable. I have very thick and curly hair so I was skeptical on how much of the bristles I would feel but I can massage every inch of my scalp and it feels amazing! I love that it has two vibration settings. Great packaging. Worth every penny!”

“I bought my scalp massager 4 months ago and have been having the same issue with it since day 1. Before I go on my rant let me state the positive - I gave it 3 stars because it does a good job massaging my scalp. HOWEVER, I could never give this device 5 stars as it claims to be "water-resistant meaning perfect for sink or shower use but is not intended to be submerged in water" but I don't find it safe to even bring into the shower - which is where I mainly need it. The latch to access the batteries is screwed on, which is a good move to keep water away from them. HOWEVER, the problem is with the twist-to-lock closure of the handle encasing this battery compartment. This twist-to-lock is absolutely mild, useless and not secure at all. It's about a 1-degree turn to supposedly lock the handle into closed position and keep water out of the battery compartment. The vibration of the device is enough to open it!!! So when I'm in the shower using this to massage the shampoo into my scalp, the vibration spins the handle open, the bristles move to one side and then the battery compartment is now exposed to the water and shampoo. I have to keep stopping to close it back and I have to try to hold it closed while i'm using it which is very frustrating. PLEASE RE-DESIGN THIS DEVICE. They could simply make it a PROPER twist-to-lock closure with a proper 360-degree turn like product containers. Not this little 1-degree of a turn for closure. I fear that these instances of water exposure due to this poor design will cause it to stop working soon.”

“Got my Groove a couple of weeks ago and have used it several times. It feels wonderful on my head and scalp which gets all tingly, especially if I use it in the shower. However, on my dry, frizz-prone hair, I wind up with a mass of tangled frizz, so no using it on dry hair unless/until wash day. That is the only draw-back and reason for my four star rating. Otherwise, it's a terrific tool to stimulate the scalp for hair growth. I have curly (2b-3c), medium texture, longish (past shoulders), and breaking/thinning has been my latest concern, though frizz is always an issue.”
