“my device malfunctioned due to rust. here was the email that I wrote to their customer support but had no response: Hi team, I decided to write a comment here due to the fact that I do like the product overall, but was unhappy over a feature that was marketed but did not lived up to expectations, and understand that this could be a one off issue, and shouldn't be something that should bring down the overall satisfaction score. The product was marketed to be water resistant and shower friendly, so I left it in my bathroom, away from water of course, but to my dismay I realized that it started to rust on the inside even though I had not dropped it in water or submerged it or had it in a steamroom. I initially did not realize the severity of it until the power started getting weaker and I thought it was just the charge that dropped. Until one day when the brush was so weak that I opened the brush and realized that it was rusty and the connectors and my battery was ruined. I think this might be a one off due to manufacturing or I am not too sure if you guys are receiving similar issue, but do let me know how to go about from here. Thanks a lot." did not get a reply and product stopped working. Do not get it.”
