“I was so excited about this system when I first got it. The device itself is great, but this ordering system is completely trash. Patience is spent. I have had to replace my entire brush system THREE times because the replacement brush heads don't fit. They tell me I have an old device so I get a new one...and the separate replacement brush heads don't even fit on the new device! Why is the brush design changing every year just for the replacement brush heads not to fit on the new device either?? That is ridiculous. I have three whole brushes because of this crazy replacement system. I am never ordering from here again. Such a waste of money and time and too big of a hassle.”
