“I received the Forever Young facial wand on the First of July 2020 & only used it 4 times & it barely even got warm. I tried contacting Vanity Planet with No results back & it said it was covered under warranty for one year. Very disappointed. Out of the 4 times I used the wand, I couldn't tell that it was doing anything at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.”

“I ordered this item and it was defective. It stayed only on vibrate and wouldn‚Äôt turn off. VP sent me a replacement and it did the same thing.”
