“I’m a bit disappointed with the customer service. I have tried reaching out to them last week it is now Wednesday and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I made an order on March 31st and was missing this product when my package arrived. If this is back ordered you would think someone would reach out to me to let me know instead of leaving me in the dark. I don’t think I will purchase any more of their products due to how difficult it is to get in touch with them. PS. Can someone email me back about when I will receive this??? Thank you!!!!”
