“I was in love with this product but after only a month of having it it started to malfunction. I reached out to costumer service and they told me they would send me a new one. I waited two months for the new one in the mail and they originally said it got lost and would send me a new one but never did. After reaching out multiple times I’ve given up on trying to receive a new one. Awesome for the month it lasted just wish customer service was better about providing a new one.”

“I love this product. The heat w/ sonic helps your skin absorb your serums. But my device has issues with the cold setting. When I used the cold setting with sonic after using heat with sonic, it gives a very loud vibrating noise like it's about to break. Which doesn't happen when used during heat with sonic. Also, when I use the cold with sonic, the cold doesn't last more than 10 sec. If I don't use the sonic setting with it, it lasts the whole session. Also, you cannot use the device with cold setting more than once per session. It won't cool at all and will give a beeping noise.”
