“I've been wanting to buy this kind of tool for a long time and when I saw the promo, I immediately bought one for myself. It took almost 2 months to get to me, so imagine my anticipation! But when I used it before and after applying my skin care serums, it's really nothing special. The "hot" part is not even that warm! The cold part as well, not that great. It's cold after you turn it on but several minutes after, it's lost its cool. Then a minute after, it's gonna automatically stop even if it hasn't "absorbed" the serum yet. You can't use it afterwards because it's gonna heat up, so you have to wait 30 mins or so to let the device cool off. The heat of the device after usage is hotter than the warm part. I want to return it but I think it's not an option anymore.”
