“I was thrilled about this product when I initially got it, but was only able to use it 4 times and then it stopped turning on completely. I gave it a charge on multiple tries but the item itself seems to not hold the charge and is dead. It was promising but definitely is defective. I got mine during a huge sale so I'm wondering if the one I got was a close out refurbished item. Nonetheless very sad :(”

“I never knew that I was missing a tool like this in my routine till I was introduced. The warming feature feels so good on my skin-although I wished that it got even a little warmer. The cool feature is my favorite though because it feels like I am running an ice cube along my skin and is perfect for the morning especially. I have been using this product non-stop ever since it arrived two weeks ago. Some things that I have noticed are that the metal surface already has scratches on it and if you do want to be able to glide it along your face you need a generous amount of serum to do so otherwise it will drag on your skin. I also love that it is rechargeable!”

“I saw this and it was on sale for a freaking steal so I knew I needed it even more! I absolutely love this!! It really does what it’s suppose to! I feel my serums absorbing in my skin instead of it sitting on top of my skin. I love this device and use it everyday 2 times a day when I wash my face and do my skin care routine!”
