“This device is quite a disappointment. It does not hold a charge very long. When attempting to recharge the device it often does not recharge at all. Device sticks to your skin and does not glide as you use it, even with copious amounts of serum. It gets mildly warm and cold, not nearly as strong as I expected. I would recommend investing your money in a different, better performing tool. Tried to explain issues to customer service, but they are failing to reply in a timely manner.”

“The device after 3 months (only used it 5 times) it stopped working, I contacted the customer service department and after few months they replaced it with a new one. Unfortunately it stopped working again 4 months after. My friend just bought one and she is having the same issue with it.”
