“Ignore the negative comments, This wand is magic & my skin has never felt better. I use it every morning when I wake up. It helps my skin absorb my facial oil and helps remove puffiness. Worth every penny. I have to tell you that my first wand was delivered to me and after a week was malfunctioning . I was about to jump on here and leave some nasty comments because I was SOOO pissed that I spent so much money but I had to remind myself that things happen and sometimes things brake so instead I emailed customer service. They emailed me back right away and made sure to send me a new working one right away they even sent me a little something extra for my inconvenience :) . I got the new one before I even sent the old one back. The new one had absolutely NO problems I have had it for the last 3 months and use it every morning. I have had absolutely no problems with the new one. Vanity Planet went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the product and their company. I have never received better customer service in my life this is a company that stands behind their products. They have the best warranty policy. I urge you to email them before leaving a negative comment because they will take care of you! I will absolutely be shopping and buying more with this company because of their customer service team. Real caring people respond to your emails.”
