“I have only been using it for two weeks, but love what the wand does to my skin, but I find that the heat is not consistent and it can turn cold for about 15 seconds before warming up again. There are no issues with the cold setting.”

“This tool is great in theory, but does not cool or heat enough. the heat setting is especially weak. Also, whenever it is cold or hot, neither temperature lasts long enough, having to urn it off and back on kind of gets old.”

Hey Sharon! Thanks for your great review. The Forever Young reaches 107° F on 'hot mode', then 43° F on 'cold mode'. Both of these temperatures are specifically designed to give the maximum benefit to your skin, without causing any harm. The device will remain on one mode for up to 2 and a half minutes before shutting off. Please consider that this time is also intentional, and you should not need to use any mode multiple times. Please reach out if you still have any questions or concerns! Also, make sure to reference the user manual when needed, since it also answers a lot of usage questions!
