“The device after 3 months (only used it 5 times) it stopped working, I contacted the customer service department and after few months they replaced it with a new one. Unfortunately it stopped working again 4 months after. My friend just bought one and she is having the same issue with it.”

“I bought this wand earlier this year and used it for about a month. It ran out of power and no longer holds a charge. It doesn’t matter where I charge it and it doesn’t turn on even when plugged in. I don’t recommend this product.”

“I wanted to love this product, but it sticks to my skin. I use oil to lubricate my face before using this tool, but no matter how much oil I used, the tool kept sticking to my face and irritating my skin. It also never seemed to get cold enough or hot enough to make a difference. It just was not a pleasant experience.”
