“See it‚Äôs heart broken for me to buy this wand and couldn‚Äôt wait to receive it. Then it came in the mail, charged it and only to turn it on and it‚Äôs not working. I kept it with the exfoliating brush I bought from you guys. After buying the wand I have to afraid about buying anything else from you guys.”
