“I have ordered this unit it doesn’t hold the charge at all, I have to charge it for couple of hours every time before using it, cheaply made, very unhappy with this product, the on and off button is weird I have to press it too hard in order to turn it on.”

Please know that we are continuously working on our product improvement, and your feedback would be so helpful. The Forever Young Facial Wand takes three hours to fully charge. After it has been fully charged, you can use it for up to one hour before needing to recharge the device. And for turning it on, you need to press the on/off button for at least 3 seconds. “I was so happy to receive this product absolutely loved it. Use it a few times off of the original charge after that it would not power back on again. Contact a customer service they sent out a new one and I'm having the same issue again. Very disappointed because I love this product so much and I wish there was a way that they could fix this issue it seems to be a major problem reading the reviews now. 😔”
