“I usually do not buy an wands or tools for skin care. I believe in classic care- applying face wash with your hands and the same for your oils and creams. But, this product just MAKES SENSE! I love using it after applying my face products. The cold setting is my favorite- locking up my pores and reducing puffiness around my eyes. It’s a pricey product- but if you can do it, I suggest it highly!”

“I was really excited about this facial wand, but was quickly disappointed when it arrived to my house. I followed the directions; let it charge for three hours and then it would be good to use. But, it did not work what so ever. Customer service immediately sent me a new one, and the same thing happened with the second one. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in this product and want nothing more than my money back.”
