“I was really excited about this facial wand, but was quickly disappointed when it arrived to my house. I followed the directions; let it charge for three hours and then it would be good to use. But, it did not work what so ever. Customer service immediately sent me a new one, and the same thing happened with the second one. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in this product and want nothing more than my money back.”

“My skin have never looked this good even before I started breaking out; I used to have ‚Äúclear‚Äù skin when I was younger like in high school. Then I started wearing makeup in college and my skin got really bad..and I would wear more makeup to cover it up.. Once told my item was out of stock and will be shipped despite tracking showing a different story, second email said my item has been shipped and is on the way.
