“My first unit was received damaged and I couldn‚Äôt charge. customer service was amazing and shipped a new one right away. The machine works, feels great on the skin but the power button doesn‚Äôt work well...anyways stuck. I need to be pressing super hard or strategically with certain pressure in certain Areas. I feel they need to lay more attention on the quality and material chosen for this.”
