“i ordered this because stephanie shepherd was raving about it, and i'm really glad i did. i love the different features, and i have noticed that my skin has improved from using it. my only dislike, is that the heat/cool seem to lessen over time. it doesn't seem as hot towards the end as when i first turn it on and the same goes with the cooling. but overall, great product”
