“Great product, works very well”

“I was so sceptical about this but so excited to try it anyway. I figured that even if it didn't give the benefits it promised that I would at least get a good face massage BUT let me say it DOES exactly as advertised. I can tell a pretty big difference in my skin just in a week so I cant wait to see what it is like in a month! The only thing I didn't like is that when I received my package it was in one of those bubble wrap type envelopes, not a box and when I opened it the actual product box was completely smashed up and looked like it had been destroyed. Thankfully my wand still worked but I do worry that it may have harmed it in some way that I have not seen yet. I think they need to reconsider their packaging for sure! That was my reasoning for deducting a star. It is more on the company than the product.”

“I really love using this device, but there seems to be two problems with mine. It doesn't really get hot, it just stays at a lukewarm feeling. The cold however works great. But my main problem is mine doesn't seem to hold an hours worth of charge like it claims to. I can use it 3-4 times and it'll cut off halfway through the third or fourth use saying it's going dead even though I've charged it well over three hours. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that or not but it's just kind of disappointing that mine is doing this.”
