“I got this to use on my rosacea so mainly use the cool setting as heat is thought to be bad for rosacea. The heat is though nice for the rest of my face and neck to soak in moisturizer. I do wish it was a bit smaller or another shape as it feels like there are some areas (crease of nostrils) that I feel like I can't really get in to.”
