“I bought this item twice. And both times it stopped working after a couple of uses. It wasn‚Äôt even charging. I‚Äôm still waiting for my replacement that I was promised. I‚Äôve been waiting for a couple of months.”

“Bought this product over the holidays during a sale and was so excited when I received it! Loved the product at first and got good use out of it but when I recently went to charge it, it will not charge. Red light just flashes even after charging it over night! Can‚Äôt get the product to work any longer. Extremely disappointed because of how much it was and how much I liked it when I first received it!”
