“I bought 2 of these a couple of months ago and the speed on them from the beginning was super slow and I thought that’s just how it was. However it hasn’t done much for my skin and I tried giving it some time to see if it would work work. It didn’t, so I tried reading up on the speed and realized it’s suppose to spin faster. Probably too late to return but if you get it and it doesn’t spin very much, something is wrong with it !”

“I haven’t had this product for even a year and it stopped working. When I first got it, it spun slower then I had expected and now it will only spin if I move it to start and then completely stops if there is any pressure on it. Thus not working on my face at all. Super super disappointed with this product. It also took a VERY long time to be delivered when I ordered it.”

“Hands down recommend Vanity Planet brushes for everyone with problematic skin. I've struggled with hormonal and cystic acne for years now, and my VP Spin Brush has helped to cure and tame my breakouts. The silicone head was a lifesaver for my sensitive skin. Used my brush every night for the past 2-3 years. Though this past week, I noticed that it was running slower--which tends to happen when it needs new batteries. I would normally throw some new batteries in and it would start up and have a great speed, like new. However, this time when I put new batteries in it would not even turn back on. After a few clicks it would come on, but only run ever so slowly. Truly am disheartened that it's broke because I have never submerged it into under or into any water, nor have I ever taken it into the shower. I guess a couple of years is all these bad boys can handle. Short lived, but helped tremendously in those years to say the least.”

“I still haven´t received my item and based on the other reviews I also expecting it to be very bad. Very bad customer service, not replying to emails, and when they do they just sent a general message, not answering my question at all. Money wasted”

“I’m honestly so in love with this facial brush really cleans my skin well especially my nose! Only problem I had was with the button I’ve had my brush for about 5-6 months and it acts up sometimes maybe it’s time to change the batteries? Idk maybe I should just email you guys so I can see if I can get a new one”

“I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. After using this product for only two months it stopped working. Every time I tried to press the on button, it just wouldn't turn on. I tried to troubleshoot myself and attempted to open the tool up to see what was wrong and when I did this water started dripping out. So I'm assuming it stopped working due to water seeping through, which if this is the case then that's quite disappointing considering it's a product that should be made to withstand water conditions. I don't know if I was just unlucky in receiving a dud one but either way it has been a waste of money for me. After seeing so much marketing done for this product, it's a shame that it comes at the cost of it being a quality product.”
