“i was so excited to receive the brush and after finally receiving it after weeks of waiting for it to be delivered, when i open the package i was surprised to see it looked very cheap. i put brand new batteries in it and it barely spins for about a second. i am highly disappointed and i will be sending it back”

“The settings are great and the brush heads offer a lot of variety. But the settings slow down and the faster one can stop working randomly but usually, a battery change can fix that. Putting the brush in the case after using it can lead to water sitting in it which is really gross. And water can leak into the battery compartment which is kind of gross when you open it. But the brushes themselves work pretty well.”
