“I have now ordered this product twice and both times it has failed to reach the destination. Instead of trying to find out why, Vanity Planet can only suggest to send another one. I have requested to speak to someone in person a number of times and am very disappointed that you don't offer a phone call service for a very frustrated although very patient customer who has still not received their order which was originally place on 28th November. Would be really grateful if someone would phone me.”
