“I really like this. It is really nice and is made very well. I love the color and the case makes it easy to store. Great product. Although I thought it would be softer when used on the face but that’s just how it exfoliates. I think I will get used to the feeling over time. Overall this is a great skin care device that I would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a skincare brush.”

“First I ordered the product and waited a week without any shipping notification, then when I emailed and submitted a contact request on your site and called multiple times following up, I never got a message back. It wasn’t until days later someone finally got back to me and said it was on backorder, even though I was never told this. Then when I responded saying I wanted to cancel, your company waited to respond until the next day and then said it already shipped. It’s now taking a week and a half to be delivered and now I have to go through returning the item whenever I finally do get it. I already ordered a facial cleansing system from another company, already received it and have been using it for a week. I will never order from your company again and will never recommend you to anyone.”

“I ordered an ultimate skin spa from you Black Friday and haven't yet received it. I even send an e-mail to you, where you answered that it will be sent soon. This is now 6 days ago and I haven't yet received an e-mail about it being sent. Really bad customer service!”
