“I originally ordered a different unit but apparently, it was out of stock so they sent me the Pure Spin. (Without any notice.) Firstly, I should say I have very sensitive skin. The machine feels very good in hand. It doesn't feel cheap and the bristles were soft. This machine does deep cleanse the skin, but if you have sensitive skin like me, this probably isn't the best for every day use. It left me dry and irritated after 4 days of consistent use. I will probably use this for once a week exfoliation if anything. I probably won't be buying another unit especially considering my negative customer service experience.”

“I recently bought the Ultimate Skin Spa System... or so I thought. Instead, I received the Pure Spin (a pointless little tool that doesn't work well). I was furious. I called Vanity Planet, and I was told that I would be recieving a refund (at least that's what I was told...still waiting). So, I'll see if that ever comes.”

“I ordered two ultimate skin spa system brushes, and instead of getting what I ordered I received two pure spin brushes I noticed that the ultimate spa system brushes were sold out though before the pure spin brushes can but I had ordered mine before they were sold out. So if you order a brush from vanity planet you should email them to know the stock of what you are buying, if I could give zero stars I would, vanity planet you need to step it up!!!”

“I love the customer service but when it comes to the item I have purchased it came out wrong. For the first order I had gotten was the Pure Spin, unfortunately I did not order that. I ordered The Ultimate Skin Spa System. I have emailed customer service about this problem and they were gladly to give send me my actual order with no additional cost BUT I still received the Pure Spin. I found out they ran out of The Ultimate Skin Spa System but I'd be glad to wait for a long time for the company to restock on that instead of giving me the Pure Spin for what reason.”

“I placed an order for the ultimate spin spa system and I was sent the Purespin instead. Then I called the company and told them and they said they'd send me the Ultimate spin dos system and I could keep the wrong brush they sent me for the inconvenience. I received the new brush in the mail, and once again, to my surprise, they sent me the Purespin brush AGAIN. I'll never order from this company again because they can't seem to provide their customers with what they paid for. It's ridiculous. Buy the Clarosonic.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase. I previously purchased the Spin For Perfect Skin and loved it but it stopped working and decided to purchase a different one. I love this brush. My skin glows so much and my dark spots are lightening.”
