“This device tears my skin every time I use it. I have reached out to customer service multiple times but Zero response. They don‚Äôt have a phone number and the only way you can reach them is by email which they don‚Äôt respond to. Beware buying anything from them as well- they don‚Äôt accept returns of any kind.”
