“This is a decent product but please be aware you will have to purchase replacement filters which plus shipping cost $21 dollars each time- if you want to use it once a week for any significant length of time. There is only one option for order replacements and it forces you to also replace the large head attachment. There are no options for replacing the other heads or even just buying a large pack of the filters. I'm disappointed that this information wasn't clear when I purchased it.”

“I am a 39 year old latina female, all my life i have lived in Southern California the Coachella Valley (think Palm Springs) our weather is 80% sunshine desert temperature in July/August reaches 107- 114 record was 125! okay enough about the enviornmentals, I have always used sunscreen since age 15 I was looking for a good microdermabrasion wand and this was highly recommended by Janene Crowley IG, I began using it 3 weeks ago on the Level 1 on the auto mode, my face was a little red after, i spritz facial mist that contains hyaluronic acid then top it off with facial plum oil, I woke up the next day with a glow that lasted the entire week, I was so content, I'm thinking if this is my result after ONE use, what will my face look like after 5 uses? Janene uses it once a week but im thinking twice, no need to over do it. Even 3 weeks, overall great product the ONLY thing I will say when being charged, there is no light that turns on to tell you it is being charged, this threw me off, i almost called Customer service to report a broken product, I read the instructions and it does say "there is no indicator light" I wished it had a light.”
