“I‚Äôm not impressed with the microdermabrasion tool. The heads feel very cheap, rough & irritating. I don‚Äôt think it works like typical quality microdermabrasion tools but instead just scuffs your skin. The instructions also don‚Äôt match the face sections of automatic setting. Overall disappointed and would not recommend.”

“Oh I absolutely love this steamer work at a spa basically owns a spa with my niece and we can‚Äôt use steamers because of Covid so I got the hot cold one it‚Äôs been a stick and I clean it so perfectly I use the water doesn‚Äôt even use up a lot of water distilled water it is magical and the wind is beautiful love love love all your products course my daughter told me about everything and I bought basically everything you have Lovett recommend everything”

“I‚Äôm reviewing after having this for a little more than a year. Bought from Australia and expected the charger to work with an adaptor plug. It needed charging after a few months of intermittent use. When I plugged it in, it didn‚Äôt seem to be charging at all. Upon looking at other reviews, it seems like the issue is with the charger itself. I feel like this is a recurring issue and don‚Äôt recommend others buying as the product is useless without the charger. A lot of money and time wasted as I also had to wait quite a while for the product initially. I had ordered it months prior to getting it in the mail. Overall pretty dissatisfied with the experience and think the company needs to look into product quality more and work on their customer satisfaction.”

“I‚Äôve used this twice and both times ended up with scrapes and hickey like purple marks in my skin. I read all the instructions and used it as directed on lowest suction. I do not have sensitive skin, this thing is not really good for home use.”

“I do a weekly routine with the Microdermabrasion tool and it helps to remove the dead skin I have accumulated. The heads are not too rough and you can control the settings depending on how your face feels that day. I've noticed an overall clearer complexion and smoother skin since I've been using it. I definitely recommend it if you have the money to spend because it is so worth it. Feels like you'll be having a spa day when you finish using it.”
