“Honestly, this product could've been turned out horrible (which thankfully, it isn't), and I would still give it 5 stars just for Vanity Planet's phenomenal customer service. I had ordered this product during the BOGO sale event, and when my package arrived, it came with only one wand rather than the two. I immediately contacted VP via email, and corresponded with them to resolve this issue. They replied within 24hrs of each email I sent and was concise and apologetic about the shipping mishap. They reshipped me a new product, and it arrived right on time for me to gift it for Christmas! One of the exfoliating wands I have used for myself, and I was amazed at how easy it was to use the sleek spatula. I saw a difference in my skin the next day-- my skin was glowing and my blackheads drastically less noticeable. I'm looking forward to incorporating this into my regular skincare routine, and I encourage everyone to buy this for themselves or gift it!!! Worth every penny.”
