“I first decided to purchase this tool after seeing a first impressions on Youtube. I struggled with blackheads around my nose and it seemed to work amazingly well in the video. Shipping was fast, especially considering the current global situation and so was customer service when I reached out with a question! The reason why I only gave 4 stars, is because it doesn't work as well as I thought it would. While I can definitely see some impurities coming out, there has not been much of a change in the visible appearance of my skin. I will definitely keep using to see any long term results and would definitely trust them enough to make another purchase!”

“I tried it once and I can't say that I love it. I literally had to keep scraping my face in order to get anything out. Under my lip/chin area got a little scab the next day because i over rubbed in the area. I'll try it again but most likely will be returning.”
