“The good: I have only used this on the “lift” setting under my chin, jawline, and neck - so far so good. It also seems to make my skin softer. The bad: customer service is basically “lights are on but no one is home”. I called, then emailed as requested. Why? My wand makes a strong clicking noise which is very odd against my skin, and after using it twice I stopped for awhile because customerservice basically said nothing helpful and in fact ignored my question. I just started using it again this week and it still clicks continuously but maybe it is supposed to click? Will I ever know? Is it dangerous? Should I toss this and move on with my life? Who knows the answer?”
