“Great little tool but i am so disappointed that it completely stopped working after the 2nd use. Unbelievable!!! and to make matters worse, i have tried contacting customer service to get a replacement and i havent had one reply. Customer service is absolutely awfull. if purchasing from this website i would think twice because you would be keeping your faulty items”
