“Was so excited to finally take this on my first post-quarantine trip and it worked great. But I closed the lid and put it in my suitcase and when I took it back out, the entire mirror was cracked... didn’t drop it or anything. Also had a similar issue with the charge as others mentioned, but assumed it was user error”
