“I never recieved this in the mail because the tooth brush heads i ordered with this, were apparently out of stock even though it didn't say that online when you go to make the purchase. I waited over a month for them to show and nothing.i figured it was taking time because it was in the height of covid time when everything was crazy. Needless to say I had to inquire about my purchase because customer service never reached out or sent any form of notice that they were out of stock. So, why am I recieving this email to leave a review for a product i never recieved?”
