“I ordered this scale and it only shows my weight not body fat muscle mass and other features that it's supposed. I'm pretty disappointed being that this scale was expensive. I threw away my packaging thinking it would work properly and can't even return”

“I was very frustrated about my scale. When I step on just showed me my weight. I checked and checked until I figured out. We have to step on, get your weight, step out, set up your measurements (in case you already did just touch the set button) step on again and wait about 3/5 seconds and all your information will show up. This works for me.”

“Super excited to try, saw on heidi Powells Instagram. It only shows your weight. I followed all the directions. Took the batteries out and started over. Nothing. A little too expensive for it not to work correctly. What a disappointment”
