“I am happy that I can keep track of my body fat percentage, my bone dense percentage and my muscle mass percentage so I can adjust and improve my percentages by eating healthy meals and working out with weightlifting. I am not taking any medication but I want to stay away from medication as long as I can. Smile!”

“This scale has got me through 3 cuts for powerlifting, where I have to be below 114.4lbs on the dot. It‚Äôs consistent so if it‚Äôs off by a small decimal (over time the metal plate bent and it‚Äôs off ~.6lbs now) I‚Äôve had it for 3-4years and am replacing it with another one cause I like it so much”
