“This scale weighs me at 5-8 lbs lighter than every other scale I've stepped on so I know off the bat it's completely inaccurate. Secondly, we tried it on my nephew (following all the directions to set it up correctly per person) and it said he had 6% body fat.. Okay he would be almost dead if that were true. Thirdly, everything I stepped on it, it would read my weight and percentages differently, even when I stepped on repeatedly within the same five minutes. I have a scale that works perfectly fine, I paid all this money because I figured this would work. Horrible waste of money. I tried to return it it for a refund it and every tab I pressed to try to set up a return would bring me back to a blank page. So the company hasn't even made a way for me to return their horribly flawed and falsely advertised product. And even if I could return it, I would still be at a loss from the shipping that I would have to pay to send the thing back. And now I'm stuck with a piece of junk that I can't return. So so upset. I'll stick to my $15 scale from Walmart that actually works. Unbelievable.”
