“I supposedly received a ‚Äúnew‚Äù scale. But it came with the sensor panels already scratched upon unboxing and only measures weight, none of the other featured measurements work. I‚Äôve read the instructions thoroughly, tried setting my feet like it advised and it still does not work! I hate it this is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE. Looks like it will be difficult to get a refund if the item is unboxed even if it arrives broken.”
