“I bought the Body Analyzer and when it arrived it didn't work properly. I contacted customer service and they were kind enough to send another one. However the second one was ALSO not working. I gave up and now have two scales that do not work lying around, shame. Was excited but I don't think I'll order anything else anymore.”

“I really love this product which is why it makes me sad that it doesn't always work. I literally have to stand on the scale 4-8 times for it to analyze my body and not just give me a weight. Yesterday it took me five minutes till it finally gave me the stats. Sometimes it does it on the first go. It gets annoying. I wish It did it on the first go then I would have been completely satisfied because when it actually works it's great. Alas.”
