“I ordered the scale on Feb 29th. It did not register % of fat. This is the only reason I ordered the scale. Plus it was recommended by Jeff Nelson of Veg source. Vanity Planet sent a second scale to me. It appeared to be previously used. It was programmed to a previous user. It also did not register % of fat. I did everything the booklet recommended. I wiped my feet with a damp rag and stood on the silver tabs on the scale many times but nothing registered % of fat. I asked them before they sent the 2nd scale if they could make sure that it registered % of fat. The customer service person said she could not do that because it is shipped directly from the factory. At this point I am frustrated. I still do not have a scale that gives me weight and % of fat. I asked for my money back and thankfully Vanity Planet complied. I am still wanting a scale that gives me % of fat but twice I have failed to receive a quality product from Vanity Planet.”

“Maybe I am just seriously fluctuating in weight, but one day the scale will say I am a certain weight and body fat percentage, and the next day it says I have gained three pounds and 1.5-2% body fat. At one point, I weighed myself four times to make sure it was accurate, and the fourth time the reading was five pounds less than the first three times I weighed myself (just seconds before). What is going on with this scale? Is it normal? I am about to throw it out and just buy a simpler scale. Very disappointed in Vanity Planet's product.”
