“It's not bad! Accurate is accurate I guess... BF% is off but bioimpedience isn't accurate (esp for women) because I got my BF tested w a BodPod to compare. BUt it's good to keep track.”

“Scale does exactly as described--measure body weight [lb/kg], body fat %, water weight %, muscle mass %, and bone density [lb/kg]. Two people in my household use it, and we each have our own settings. Sometimes the weight measurements will vary by 0.2lb and the % measurements by 0.1% when I step off of it and then step right back on, but that is what I expected. I did not expect accuracy like those body fat tests that cost $100+ for each measurement, I just wanted a consistent easy measuring tool for daily use. Personally, I record the scale's measurements every morning as soon as I wake up, then look at the average for the week. This has been effective for me to keep track of how my exercise, eating and sleep habits effect my body over time.”
