“This company has pissed me off so bad! I ordered 2 body anylzers on dec 1st and only received one on dec 10th. So I called do I can get my second one and she tells me I have to wait another 10 days! So on dec 22nd I called because guess what STILL NO 2nd body anylzer!!!! So I called again just to find out that they made a mistake and never processed the order for me to receive my scale!! So she says ok I'm gonna send it in express shipping and you are going to get an email confirmation! So I think okay it WILL BE AFTER CHRISTMAS!! But at least I'll finally have the item I payed for! So I check my email for the confirmation and nothing! NO EMAIL! So I call and guess what NO ANSWER BECAUSE NOW ITS CHRISTMAS EVE AND THEY ARE PROBABLY NOT EVEN OPEN ! So now I have to wait until after Christmas just to make sure that my damn scale gets shipped! Needless to say I AM NEVER EVER EVER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!”
