“My toothbrush arrived with a UV light that wouldn‚Äôt work. I‚Äôve contacted Vanity Planet twice now with no response. The brush itself is lousy. My teeth feel cleaner using my less than $10 Crest electric toothbrush and I can actually get to the back of my top, front teeth.”

“I ordered this as a Christmas gift. The recipient had just gotten a new one. The item was never taken out of the box, never touched. But VP would not take it back bc it was longer then their return policy. So don‚Äôt buy anything for a holiday gift too far in advance...even on a sale. I also bought another item, was expensive! The employee who emailed me was snarky on our second communication. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Have spread the word where I can. IMO it‚Äôs one lesson showing that a a company during Covid, where people are struggling financially, care about profit via considering many families situation! I think their products are overpriced also! So disappointed and upset. Never do business with them. Please!”

“My husband has an affinity for hygiene with a focus on his mouth. I bought this on a super sale and he was definitely surprised I would get him a toothbrush for Christmas. One use and he was SOLD! He still thanks me for it once a week at least, and I get to enjoy it as well!”
