“I love this. I literally use it every day to varying degrees. I love using the hot, but I have used the other functions on here too. Gives a powerful mist. If you use the essential oils basket it works really well and makes the experience even more enjoyable!”

VP has sent me a new one and they were VERY quick in their response to my negative feedback on that one item.
