“I was really excited to receive this item but my machine only blows out cold air and lasts for a total of 5 minutes before I have to refill the tank. After 8 emails back and forth, this company still has the audacity to ask me for pictures or videos of how my item is defected?? How would you see this in a video?? Additionally, they ‚Äúcan‚Äôt‚Äù accept returns that aren‚Äôt in original packaging...... who keeps dirty mail boxes??? Especially during COVID. I also have to now pay for shipping to return an item that this company sold me that does not work.... NOT worth the hassle. There‚Äôs a reason they have 50-70% off everyday. BUY A REAL FACIAL STEAMER FROM A REAL COMPANY!!”

“I ordered this item over two weeks ago as a gift for someone and it hasn't even been shipped. They keep using COVID-19 as an excuse for delays, but I'm not fooled..the item is probably out of stock. This is why Amazon is putting you all out of business!”
